ORDERS & SHIPPING
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Australia. International shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.95 for all orders.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, please visit our Contact page or email info@seamlessly.com.au with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
PRODUCTS & CARE
We have a detailed size guide available on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
We recommend washing your items in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to ensure longevity.
